Booking and payments
After Anouncement by e-mail you will receive an e-mail back to confirm the reservation. In that e-mail we will ask you to make a down payment of 50% of the total costs of the reservation. After that payment the reservation will be final.

The other 50% will be payed when you arrive here. By announcement within fourth weeks before arrival, the payment most be down at ones when you arrive.

All amounts are to be transfered to the account in the name of Ben & Het sprl. te Vielsalm, Belgium. Fortis bank Vielsalm : 267- 0087940-77 t.n.v. Ben & Het sprl, Vielsalm. IBAN : BE80267008794077 - BIC: GEBABEBB. The one who, in behave of others, makes a reservation is responsible for all commitments who concerns the arrangements.


Responsability
The organisation is not responsable for any fysical injuries, material demage or any consequence of damage of any nature so ever, done by participants or thirds. Staying is completely at one's own risks. The organisation is not responsable for any damage bring on calamities and/or any other reason of superieur forces.

Cancellation by participant
If the participant wants to cancel their reservation or want to switch it with an other participant, is possible if that one will take over the rights and obligations of the cancelling participant. In that case there will be no cancellings costs being charged by the original participant.

Canceling must be done by e-mail or in writing. The costs that will be made by the cancelling will be settled with the already payed amounts. The amount of the costs will be based on the time of cancelling:
till two weeks before departure: 30% of the total;
from four to two weeks before departure: 15% of the total.
